In simple words, a good leader has to have a heart that's bigger than his or her ego. Experience, skills, and intelligence can be developed over time, but if a leader does not feel for the people then there is not a single reason for him or her to be in the position to start with. I believe that there is a way to improve drastically the global policies so at least there won’t be famine anywhere. It is known that the production of food it is enough for feeding everybody so we only have to deliver it.
I worked for UNDP around 2 years and that is how I became involved through reading a lot of information regarding several social development problems.
